The most common and liked flavor combination is mix powder with (any yogurt) and a few raspberries (fresh or frozen) or other fruit, with or without a splash of CONCORD grape juice (100% from glass bottle) or other juice, and blend.

Powder
Take with food. Start with 1 scoop daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.
Children 3-5: 1 to 3 scoops daily
Children >5: 2 to 4 scoops daily
Adults: 3-6 scoops daily
Note: Do not exceed 4 scoops (2 servings) in a single administration.

My daughter uses spectrum max, gut guardian, prebiotic repair, reds and purples, histamine reprieve, the thioguard lotion and currently waiting for the new addition to arrive (the thioguard BGO) I'm sure it won't disappoint!
